Know what every lot really cost before you sell it.

Khepflow is the ERP for commodity importers and traders. It follows each contract from signing to settlement — position, shipment, landed cost, payment and the general ledger — so the numbers you trade on are the numbers your accountant closes on.

Most import desks run on five spreadsheets and a WhatsApp group.

That works until a vessel is late, the rupee moves, or the auditor asks where a number came from. Khepflow replaces the reconciling with one record that every team writes to.

QuestionTodayWith Khepflow
What is our open position?A sheet someone updates on Fridays.Every contract, shipment and sale writes an event. The position is always current.
What did this lot cost us?Worked out after the goods are already sold.Cost builds per lot as freight, clearing and trucking arrive. Provisional until received, final after, weighted across lots.
Are we about to pay demurrage?Found on the shipping line’s invoice.A free-days countdown on every shipment from the moment the vessel arrives, flagged before it runs out.
What did the rupee cost us?Buried in the bank reconciliation.Booked rate and paid rate kept on each USD payment. The difference posts as FX, not into your cost of goods.
Do the books agree?Rekeyed into accounting software at month end.Journals post from operations, each linked to the contract, shipment or payment behind it. The trial balance is a click away.

Built inside an import business, not a software studio.

Khepflow began as the operating system for a pulse importer in Karachi. Every screen was used on live contracts and real vessels before it was offered to anyone else.

Nothing is overwritten

Positions are an append-only stream of events. Posted journals are never edited; corrections post as new entries.

Every rupee traces back

Each journal entry links to the contract, shipment or payment that caused it, so an auditor can walk from the trial balance to the vessel.

Your book stays yours

Each company runs on its own database and its own deployment. No other company’s data is in it. Approvals stop anyone approving their own entries.
